The Fourth Annual Mankato River Ramble will take place on October 5, 2014.
The Mankato Bike & Walk Advocates and the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota invite you to join us on October 5, 2014 for the fourth annual Mankato River Ramble. The Ramble offers some of the best bicycling Minnesota has to offer.
For a city so close - just 77 scenic miles from the Twin Cities - Mankato may be Minnesota's best kept bicycling secret! And Greater Mankato has been named a Bronze Level Bicycle Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists. Visit Mankato and North Mankato to discover great cities where bicycling is big!
The River Ramble offers one great ride with four scenic routes and four fun rest stops that feature great live music, delicious treats, cold beverages, hot coffee and refreshing fruit. In addition to the 12, 26 or 42 miles routes, the 2013 ride featured an optional two-mile side trip to the childhood homes of famed author Maude Hart Lovelace's Betsy and Tacy.

Besides being a great biking destination, there are plenty of other things to do in the Mankato area. Hike in Minneopa State Park, mountain bike at Mount Kato or canoe the Blue Earth River. Check out the Event Details page for more info.
